1. Definitions

2.3 Account Restrictions

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the rjm88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in:

• Immediate closure of all duplicate accounts.
• Forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and winnings across all duplicate accounts.

3. Deposits and Account Funding

3.2 Deposit Processing Time

3.3 Source of Funds

Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed when the finance team resumes operations.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal, rjm88 requires:

• Completion of KYC verification (identity document, proof of address, and selfie).
• Verification that the withdrawal method matches the deposit method (or is registered in the same name).
• Satisfaction of any active bonus wagering requirements. If you have an active bonus, you must complete the wagering requirement or forfeit the bonus before withdrawing.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

By claiming a bonus, you agree to be bound by those specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional players, bonus abusers, and arbitrage bettors are not eligible for bonuses and may have their accounts suspended.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. rjm88's standard wagering requirement is 7x (seven times) the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a Rp 1,000,000 bonus, you must place bets totaling Rp 7,000,000 before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution (every Rp 1,000 wagered counts as Rp 1,000 toward the requirement).

5.3 Bonus Abuse

rjm88 employs automated systems and manual reviews to detect bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times.
• Engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements (e.g., betting on all outcomes of a roulette spin, hedging opposite sides of a sports event).
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or share bonuses.

If bonus abuse is detected, rjm88 reserves the right to void all bonuses, winnings, and balances associated with the abuse, and to permanently ban the offending accounts.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the rjm88 platform are governed by the following general rules:

• A bet is considered valid and binding once it is accepted by the rjm88 system and a confirmation is displayed in your betting history. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet has been accepted before the event starts.
• Once a bet is placed and accepted, it cannot be canceled, amended, or reversed unless explicitly allowed by the specific game rules or unless rjm88 determines that a technical error occurred.
• All bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the governing body of the relevant sport or game. rjm88's decision on settlement is final, except in cases of obvious error.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets will generally be voided and stakes refunded, unless the event is rescheduled within 48 hours or unless specific sport rules state otherwise (detailed rules are available in the Sportsbook section of the platform).

6.2 Sports Betting
